This policy also applies to doors, moldings, trims, and clearance or final-sale items.

  • No restocking fee for returns due to documented damages, shipment errors, or warranty claims.

Return Shipping Responsibilities

Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer, unless the return results from company error or documented shipping damage.
